Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive for the Matrix Salon Division will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets within a defined territory in Khanna, Punjab. This role involves regular visits to professional hair salons to build strong relationships, present and promote the Matrix product portfolio, take orders, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for the beauty industry and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

* Sales Generation & Target Achievement:

* Actively visit and engage with salon owners, managers, and stylists within the assigned territory on a regular basis.

* Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the complete range of Matrix professional haircare products (hair color, care, styling, and texturizing).

* Effectively communicate product knowledge, technical information, and promotional offers to salon professionals.

* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.

* Order Management & Follow-up:

* Accurately take product orders from salons, ensuring all necessary details are captured.

* Communicate order details effectively to the relevant internal teams for timely processing and delivery.

* Follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction and address any potential issues.

* Relationship Building & Customer Management:

* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with salon professionals based on trust and mutual benefit.

* Act as a key point of contact for salons, addressing their inquiries and providing ongoing support.

* Understand the individual needs and business goals of each salon to offer tailored product recommendations and solutions.

* Provide product training and education to salon staff to enhance their product knowledge and application skills.
