The Field Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships

with our clients in the field. As a Field Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring

customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and maximising account profitability

Duties and Responsibilities

●Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships based on

trust and exceptional service.

●Understand clients' needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to up-sell or

cross-sell our products or services.

●Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of new accounts and

effective resolution of any issues or concerns.

●Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, discuss upcoming

opportunities, and address any challenges.

●Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for

improving our offerings.

● Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

● Provide training and support to clients on product usage, best practices, and industry trends.

● Prepare regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market insights.

Requirements and qualifications

●ITI Course/ Diploma/ Vocational Training Courses/Any Degree preferred

● Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

● Carrying sales visits, acquiring new customers and maintaining accurate records

● Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

● Maintain customer relations along with meeting / exceeding sales targets● Proficient in using CRM software or similar tools to manage client relationships

● Ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients.

● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while

maintaining attention to detail.

● Must have own two wheeler
