Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Community Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and mobilizing communities to participate in BulkMagic's programs and services. The Community Organizer will be an advocate for our prospective clients and will work to increase public awareness and support for BulkMagic.

Responsibilities:

Identify and build relationships with community leaders, organizations, and key stakeholders in target communities

Plan and conduct community outreach events and activities to raise awareness about BulkMagic's programs and services

Lead community meetings and forums to provide information, gather feedback, and build community support

Train new clients on use of BulkMagic's app and best practices / strategies for business growth

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local government officials, community organizations, and other key stakeholders

Collect and analyze data to track the impact of community outreach activities and to inform future outreach efforts

Collaborate with BulkMagic's leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients

Requirements:

Passion for community economic development, entrepreneurship, and social impact.

Experience coordinating events or supervising people.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
