Job Description: Field Operations Executive

Overview:

The Field Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day field operations across assigned regions in Odisha. This role involves coordinating activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, and optimizing operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

Operational Coordination:

Plan and execute daily field operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines.

Coordinate with field teams, providing guidance and support as needed.

Monitor and track operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Team Management:

Supervise and motivate field staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Provide training and support to field teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources.

Address and resolve any team-related issues or conflicts.

Logistics and Resource Management:

Manage logistics, including equipment, supplies, and transportation.

Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize productivity.
