Experiance : - Min 3 Years (As a Field Officer for Security work) kanpur local experiance

Post :- Field Officer/Security Field Officer

Role & work : -

Arrangement of Manpower Like as Guards, Gunman, PSO, Rifleman, Bouncers ,Electronic Security , Recruitment of Manpower (Guards, Gunmans etc), Deployment of Guards/Gunmans/Rifleman/PSO/ Bouncers on sites , Supervision of Security Personnels, Security personnels training work etc...

Skills :- Good team leader, case handling power ,Good motivator, challenge accepting power, candidate should have knowledge of security services, training of guards, Recruitment of Manpower, Arrangement of guards & deployment works.

Salary :- - per month + mobile expense + yearly bonus+ performance bonus+ other bonus

Requirements of company: -

Candidate should have backup of security guards & gunmans & other manpower , hiring strategy , connection with local area & Rural areas likes as villages those connected with kanpur city. knowledge of kanpur city and locality of kanpur city
