Job Description

• Manage the client level portfolio lending process.

o Recruit, select, and orient new clients to the lending program, policies, and procedures.

o Assist potential clients in preparing loan applications.

o Analyse loan proposals and make recommendations to Branch Manager.

o Attending all the client meeting as per decided time and place.

o Document loan utilization proposed by clients.

o Achieve the sales target

• Maintain client level portfolio quality and control.

o Follow up loans in arrears.

o Prepare daily status reports and submit them to the Branch Manager.

• Participate as an active member of the overall branch team.

o Attend staff meetings.

o Participate in quarterly and annual branch planning workshops.

o Provide back-up support to other team members as needed.
