Your job role-

You need to visit shopkeepers and convince them that Paytm provides easy and quick loans. After that, you will create a digital file for them. For this, we will provide you with a Paytm app, and you just need to upload their PAN Card and Aadhar details. This will help you check their credit score and determine the loan amount they can apply for. For each file you create based on the shopkeeper's requirements, you will receive an incentive. On average, you can earn between Rs 1000 to 1500 per file. Your basic salary is Rs 21,000, out of which you will receive in-hand Rs 17,500 to 18,500, with the rest going to your PF account. You'll also receive medical insurance for your family, and you'll have weekends off from Sunday to Sunday, along with emergency leaves and holidays. You'll need to make 25 to 30 visits on these days.
