Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition:

Identify potential customers in your assigned area.

Approach individuals, businesses, or organizations to promote loan products.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

Generate leads through market visits, events, and partnerships.

Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and benefits to prospective clients.

Convert leads into successful loan disbursements.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain relationships with existing customers for cross-selling and repeat business.

Act as a point of contact for customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain daily reports on customer interactions, leads, and conversions.

Ensure accurate documentation of customer details and loan application forms.

Achieving Targets:

Meet monthly sales targets to earn incentives.
