Market Engagement:
Conduct field visits to interact with farmers and retailers to understand their needs and challenges.
Identify potential market opportunities and help expand the company's footprint in target areas.
Product Demonstration & Promotion:
Organize and conduct field demonstrations to educate farmers on the proper use of fertilizers, including water soluble and micronutrient products.
Collaborate with the sales team to promote the benefits of the companys fertilizers at local fairs, farmer meetings, and field days.
Technical Support:
Provide technical guidance and recommendations on fertilizer application and crop management to farmers.
Assist in resolving field level product queries or issues faced by the customers.
Data Collection & Reporting:
Collect and document field data such as farmer feedback, crop performance, and competitor activities.
Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities to the Regional Manager.
