In this role, the BTL Executive will be responsible for implementing the company's / client's marketing strategies through various below-the-line activities. The BTL Executive will also be responsible for executing on-ground campaigns, maintaining relationships with vendors and agency partners, as well as analyzing and reporting on campaign results
Responsibilities:
Conduct marketing needs analysis to identify opportunities for product promotion and sales growth.
Coordinate and arrange promotional activities in collaboration with various shops and retail outlets.
Promote company products through effective communication and presentation strategies.
Conduct meetings with approximately 80-100 different shops to discuss promotional strategies and product placement.
Organize and conduct 15-20 meetings per week to build and maintain relationships with shop owners and managers.
Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative promotional campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in BTL marketing or event activation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with vendors and agency partners
Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing and reporting on campaign results
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Basic Hindi and English fluency required.
Proficiency in regional languages - Tamil, Telugu is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
