Key Responsibilities:
Actively identify and qualify new leads through field activities such as attending industry events, conducting market research, and engaging with potential customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry influencers, and partners.
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, identify trends, and analyze competitor activities.
Plan and execute field marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, seminars, and promotional activities.
Promote Southern Packaging's brand and value proposition through effective communication and engagement with target audiences.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide qualified leads and support sales efforts.
Track and report on marketing activities, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
Adhere to allocated budget for field marketing activities.
Distribute marketing materials and information effectively to target audiences.
Engage with customers in the field by resolving inquiries, educating them about product benefits, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Fresher: Candidates with a strong academic background and a passion for marketing are encouraged to apply.
1-2 Years Experience: Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in the packaging or related industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
