To ensure hassle free operations regarding E-locking.

• To check and ensure if everything is working accordingly.

• To check and update/replace if there's any malfunctions in the device.

• Also helping them by attending the calls (in case if the customer care is busy) to open the locks at RO.

• Providing the necessary data requested by IOCL officers.

• Vehicle inspection of TT's via app.

• To update the vehicles if there are communication issue.

• Updating the availability of the service stock at the EOD.

• Providing any data if requested from HO.

• Responding to Mails and messages.
