FEET ON STREET:
Job Description
Need to be available to pick documents, obtaining signatures and notarizations of leads provided.
Meet with loan applicants to gather personal information and answer questions.
Will be responsible for open market lead generation and documents handling.
Contact prospective customers in order to present information and explain available offers.
Determine customers' financial services needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these
needs.
Develop prospects from current commercial customers, referral leads, and sales and trade meetings.
Make presentations on financial services to groups in order to attract new clients.
Will be responsible for monthly and yearly target allocated.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should be willing to work on all days.
Should have good Knowledge of area allocated. (100 Km radius from reporting office).
Must be a Self-starter and problem solver.
Target oriented person with good convincing power.
Salary Structure
Fresher: First 6 months (probation period) will get fix offer of 8K + incentives. Target: minimum 10 pickups
(reject + Disbursal) in a month.
For experienced of 12 month or more: will get fix offer of 12K + incentives. Target: minimum 50 Counts in a
month.
For part timers: commission basis.
