looking for a Field Executive, Who Will Be Responsible for the Implementation of the Solutions Developed By the Company. We are Looking for a Self-driven Individual, with Very Good People Skills. the Candidate Must Be Proficient in Tamil.

- Work Closely with the Informal Sector of Waste Management (kabadiwallas, Large Aggregators and Waste-pickers) and Develop a Good Business Relationship with Them

- Implement Technological Solutions in the Informal Sector Supply Chain

- Implement Process Changes in the Informal Sector Supply Chain

- Convince the Stakeholders in the Informal Sector Supply Chain to Implement the Technological Solutions and Process Changes

- Monitor the Operations, Processes of the Stakeholders in the Informal Sector Supply Chain

- Ensure that the Stakeholders in the Informal Sector Supply Chain is Following the Set Processes and Technological Solutions

- Interact and Develop Relationships with Waste Generators (apartments, Rwas, Commercial Establishments, Municipality Etc.)

- Find and Interact with Relevant Vendors for Machines, Devices Etc. to Get a Good Deal for the Company

- Reporting to Manager

- Interacting with the Data Analysis Team to Get a Data Based Overview of Operations Happening in the Field
