Requirements to hire a Field Sales

1. Good looking

2. 2 wheeler is Must, 4 wheeler will be an advantage

3. Good communication and selling skills are basic

requirements

4. It’s a travelling job; maximum travelling will be within 50

km of assigned location and many times have to cover

areas beyond 50 km.

5. It will be a target oriented job, basic salary will be given,

above that, more sales means salary plus incentives so

have to be open and willing to earn more.

6. Being into marketing & sales job, pressure handling

should be one of the key strength of a candidate.

Roles & responsibilities of BDM:

1. You will be responsible for marketing and sales of Simply

Inked products within the assigned allocated region.

2. You will visit minimum 8-10 outlets per day and

demonstrate Simply Inked products to them

3. You will be responsible in making Simply Inked Selling

Points/ outlets within the assigned region.

4. You will be responsible in making minimum 100 SISP

within the assigned region and will have to monitor

complete distribution network including logistics.

5. You will report to VP (operations) on weekly basis on

phone/ whatsapp and send weekly report by email.
