Job Summary:
The Field Executive will be responsible for collecting and delivering documents from various client locations to designated points of contact. This role involves interacting with clients to ensure timely and accurate pickup and delivery of important documents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple pickups efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule document pickups with clients, ensuring timely and accurate collection.
Safely transport documents from client locations to the designated destination or office.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents before and after pickup.
Maintain a log of all pickups and deliveries, including dates, times, and relevant details.
Address any issues or discrepancies related to document pickup and delivery in a professional manner.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide updates and resolve any concerns.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of all documents during transportation.
Adhere to all safety and company policies while performing duties.
Qualifications:
Graduate Only.
Fresher or Previous experience in a similar role or customer service position is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
