1. Target Achievement:
o Achieve daily and monthly activation targets as per company guidelines.
o Assist in achieving city-wise milestones to contribute to overall organizational objectives.
2. Customer Interaction:
o Handle service change requests, including mode switches (., Bike to Auto or Cab to Auto).
o Ensure seamless activation processes for customers while maintaining a positive experience.
3. Compliance:
o Strictly adhere to assigned locations and schedules provided by the organization.
o Complete and submit daily reports through designated platforms, including Google Forms and PM App referral code.
4. Team Collaboration:
o Work in coordination with team leads and city managers to address on-ground challenges.
o Maintain effective communication to ensure smooth operations across all assigned areas.
5. Performance Monitoring:
o Monitor individual performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
o Participate in regular reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience in field sales or operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
o Proficiency in using mobile apps and digital reporting tools.
