Job Description

Visit Customer at the scheduled hours. Minimum of 10 customer visits a day.

h Responsible for speaking to customers who are overdue on payments.

h Understand the reason behind payment being overdue, also to understand if issues with product or services, to help make the payment.

h Respond efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.

h Engage in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.

h Effective Negotiation Skills.

h Maintain clear records on customer Visits and Follow ups

h Responsible to Trail updates

h Utilize the given software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.

h DRA certified

h Adhere to all company policies and procedures
