Roles & Responsibilities

 Visit Customer at the scheduled hours. Minimum of 10 customer visits a day.

 Responsible for speaking to customers who are overdue on payments.

 Understand the reason behind payment being overdue, also to understand if issues with

product or services, to help make the payment.

 Respond efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and

ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.

 Engage in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and

diffusing angry clients, as needed.

 Effective Negotiation Skills.

 Maintain clear records on customer Visits and Follow ups

 Responsible to Trail updates

 Utilize the given software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.

 DRA certified

 Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Skills

 Good Verbal communication

 Collection etiquettes and skills

 Listening and Data entry skills

Qualification: Under Graduates/ Graduates
