Coordination with Installation, Stores and Field staff in getting right information, replacements, repairs, logistics till fixing of equipment problems.
Providing work related flow charts and presentations to the client and Management as per requirement and submission of Daily, Bi-monthly and Monthly and other periodical reports.
Regular and periodical meeting with internal departments and Management.
Field level Testing of Softwares developed by Software team and find out the bugs and report the same to the concerned for improvement.
