Job Description

• Performed field inspections to verify scope of work prior to dispatching to contractor for repair, monitor performance of contractors in the field, perform post job inspections to verify quality and quantity of work performed

• Prepared weekly status and progress reports, made presentations to management, upon request concerning work performance and progress

• Managed all escalated issues regarding technitians / customers.

• Be neutral in all cases & ensure to secure the interest of both the parties.

• Must having Knowledge of Geographical area od cities.

• Must be ready to travel.

• 2-wheeler with valid DL. Immediate joiners.

• Good communication. Statistically strong.

• Problem solving. Analytical skills.

• Graduates/ Post Graduates.

Language:

• Hindi (Preferred)

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification /Driving Licence (Preferred)
