* Will be responsible for Driving growth from the field

* Will manage the lifecycle of Mechanic/Customers

* Good in negotiation and building a connect with external stakeholders

* Good relationship management skills

* Daily Data reporting required hence Excel knowledge is a plus.

* Should not shy away from Telecalling when needed.

* Should be a problem solver rather than a just a task manager.

* Should be self-motivated and not be looking for a 9 to 6 job.

Mandatory :

* The person should have a bike, smartphone.

* Kannada speaking is a must.
