Field Associate (Male)

- Conduct regular field visits to monitor the progress and condition of stone aggregate production, stone crushing operations, and tea gardens.

- Oversee the quality of the materials (stone aggregate, crushed stones, tea leaves, etc.) produced and ensure they meet company standards and client specifications.

- Assist with operational activities in the field, including coordinating labor, equipment, and resources for smooth day-to-day activities.

- Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and operation of field equipment used in stone crushing, aggregate production, and tea garden maintenance.

- Enforce adherence to safety standards and protocols in the field to minimize workplace accidents.

- Ensure that all operations in stone crushing and tea gardening are compliant with environmental laws and company sustainability initiatives.

- Act as a liaison between the company and clients in the field, addressing queries and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Collect data on production rates, operational challenges, and quality control, providing feedback to management.

- Train and mentor junior field staff on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and best practices in stone aggregate production, stone crushing, and tea garden management.

- Coordinate logistics for material transportation between sites and warehouses.
