Urgent Requirement For Field Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Factory Surveys:

- Conduct on-site surveys of factories to assess their operations, facilities, and compliance with relevant regulations.

- Document and gather information on production processes, machinery, safety measures, and overall factory infrastructure.

2. Owner Interaction:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings with factory owners to discuss survey objectives and gain necessary approvals.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with factory owners, addressing any concerns or questions they may have during the survey process.

3. Data Collection:

- Utilize our specialized survey application to input accurate and comprehensive data regarding the factory's operations, compliance, and other relevant details.

- Ensure the timely and efficient completion of surveys while maintaining data integrity.

4. Analysis and Reporting:

- Review collected data to identify patterns, trends, and areas of improvement.

- Generate detailed reports summarizing survey findings, providing insights, and making recommendations for enhancements or compliance improvements.

5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot any application-related issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the alignment of survey objectives with organizational goals.
