Below is the Job Description-

• Technical Support for resolution of Gateway, PC Cards, Embedded modules, Industry & all Hilscher Products related queries of customers

• Troubleshoot, research, Bug reporting, diagnose, document, and resolve technical issues.

• Evaluate and prepare technical mailers for customers.

• Provide response to requests for technical data, application data, test data and field issues.

• To provide complete technical support and product training to all customers.

• Ready to travel throughout India for customer support, installations etc.

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks

• Provide a high level of technical support to the customer base with a high focus on business growth.

• Initiate and build relationships with customers to enhance long term business prospects

• Candidate with good English communication skills is preferred
