Key Skills & Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience with high-core-count fiber cables.

Proficient in OTDR, fusion splicers, and power meters.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

Splice and terminate fiber cables with precision.

Test, troubleshoot, and repair fiber optic networks.

Install cables in various environments.

Maintain records and provide client updates.
