Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

- Handling emails.

- Assist visitors by providing accurate information about the company and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Administrative Duties:

- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

- Maintain records, files, and documents in an organized manner.

- Assist in the preparation of reports.

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

- Basic knowledge of computer.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
