Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create exercise plans for customers

• Administer fitness tests

• Grade overall fitness of a customers

• Consult customers on a best plan of action

• Assess a customer's needs

• Improve the overall health of a customers

• Maintain accurate records of exercises performed

• Monitor heart rate during training sessions

Skills and Qualification:

The candidate must have Personal training/ Physiotherapist and selling skills. Other requirements include:

1) Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) is required.

2) CPR certification

3) ACE, Personal Trainer, ACSM, GGU or comparable certification preferred

4) Experience working with people with complex medical conditions, disabilities and special needs preferred

5) Demonstrated work experience in a fitness and/ or athletic environment including demonstrated experience in the assessment of clients and development and monitoring of individual exercise programs

6) Strong communication and interpersonal skills

7) Ability to understand and react effectively to the unique needs of customers of varying age groups

8) Basic computer skills (i. e. , Excel; Word; Outlook),
