Job Description

-Manage payments, subscriptions, AMCs, etc. for Director and family

-Capture and follow-up on key meetings and presentations

-Helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding action items

-Schedule meetings and appointments

-Should be able to maintain confidentiality of work handled

-Manage travel itineraries - provide support for domestic and international travel; VISA assistance wherever required; accommodation and other travel logistics

-Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

-Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports

-Organize and maintain the office filing system

-Prioritize meetings and follow-ups on requested items as needed

-Perform other related duties as assigned, including replacing and backstopping for others as required.
