Smart female candidate with well-maintained looks and attractive personality and ready to work for flexible working hours.

She must be comfortable to travel out of the station if required

Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.

Handle and priorities all outgoing and incoming correspondence.

Make travel arrangements for executives.

Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.

Prepare invoices and financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping.

Monitor office supplies and negotiates terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective order.

Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
