Intern - Open Text Feedback Analysis and Research

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze Open Text Feedback: Carefully examine and study the feedback that is provided in written form, such as comments or opinions shared through surveys or other sources.

2. Categorize Responses: Create and maintain a system to organize the feedback into meaningful groups or categories based on their content, themes, or topics. This helps in managing and understanding the different types of responses.

3. Utilize Data Analysis Techniques: Use statistical methods and mathematical tools to extract valuable insights from the analyzed feedback data. By applying these techniques, you can uncover patterns, trends, or important information from the feedback.

4. Collaborative Approach: Work together with the research team to identify emerging patterns, trends, and key findings from the feedback data. By collaborating, you can combine insights and perspectives to gain a comprehensive understanding of the feedback.

5. Report Generation: Create concise and informative reports that summarize the findings, trends, and patterns observed during the analysis process. These reports help in presenting the analyzed data in a clear and understandable manner to stakeholders or decision-makers.

Requirements:

1. Possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to extract meaningful information from large volumes of open text feedback

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey findings and insights to the research team

3. Possess excellent language comprehension skills in English and proficiency in other Indian languages like Hindi, Marathi, etc., to understand and interpret feedback provided in different languages

4. Ability to organize and categorize information systematically to ensure efficient data management and retrieval

5. Demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
