We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer. As a Fashion Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and designing fashion collections that align with our brand's vision and target market. You will collaborate closely with our design team, pattern makers, and production staff to bring your designs to life. Responsibilities:

Research current fashion trends, market demands, and consumer preferences to inform design concepts.

Create sketches, mood boards, and design prototypes for new collections.

Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications for patterns, cuts, and garment construction.

Collaborate with the design team, pattern makers, and sample makers to ensure the accurate execution of designs.

Attend fabric sourcing sessions to select appropriate materials for each collection.

Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to prototypes and samples.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continually enhance design skills.

Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of garments.

Maintain accurate design documentation, including sketches, patterns, and specifications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative vision.

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).

Solid understanding of garment construction techniques, fabric properties, and manufacturing processes.

Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, market demands, and consumer preferences.

Excellent sketching and illustration skills to effectively communicate design ideas.

Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high design standards throughout the production process
