We are seeking a creative and talented Fashion Designer. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative designs that align with our brand vision and target market. You will collaborate closely with our design team to develop and execute seasonal collections, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and style.

Responsibilities:

Develop original designs for clothing, accessories, and footwear, considering factors such as current trends, market demand, and brand identity.

Conduct extensive research to gather inspiration and stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and techniques.

Create sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for prototypes and final products.

Collaborate with the design team, including pattern makers, sample makers, and production managers, to ensure the smooth execution of design concepts.

Participate in the selection of fabrics, trims, and materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and design requirements.

Oversee the fitting and approval process for prototypes and samples, making necessary adjustments and modifications.

Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate manufacturing of designs.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the brand's product offerings.

Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing your original designs and creative abilities.

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.

Excellent knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and production processes.

Familiarity with textiles, fabrics, and trims.
