As a Fashion Consultant within our Premium and Luxury Brands division, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the success and growth of our esteemed brands. You will combine your passion for fashion, extensive product knowledge, and innate sense of style to assist clients in finding exquisite wardrobe pieces that resonate with their individual tastes and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Engagement and Consultation:** Provide personalized and attentive service to clients, building strong relationships by understanding their style preferences, needs, and occasions. Offer expert advice on fashion trends, styles, and ensemble coordination.

2. **Product Knowledge and Merchandising:** Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest collections, materials, and design elements across Premium and Luxury Brands. Assist in merchandising efforts, ensuring the presentation and representation of brands align with their image and ethos.

3. **Sales and Revenue Generation:** Drive sales by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling complementary items. Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

4. **Fashion Styling and Personal Shopping:** Provide one-on-one styling sessions and personal shopping experiences, curating looks and outfits tailored to clients' preferences and occasions.

5. **Brand Ambassadorship:** Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and identity of our Premium and Luxury Brands. Convey brand stories, history, and unique selling propositions to clients effectively.

6. **Client Follow-up and Relationship Management:** Maintain post-purchase relationships by following up with clients, providing after-sales services, and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
