? Farm Supervisor 1 Vacancy

? Qualification: - Diploma in Agriculture from recognized Agricultural University or training Institute.

? Experience: 5 Years in a any agriculture operation in a company or a farm,

with complete knowledge of operation and maintenance of drip irrigation system and other farm automation tools.

? Candidates with clean habits only need apply. Consumption of Alcohol and smoking are not permitted in the farm.

? Candidates should stay inside the farm.

? Apply with details of two reference of people who can vouch for you.

? Candidates from Tamil Nadu are preferred.

? Responsibilities:

Maintain attendance sheet of the farm employees and prepare salary sheet.

Coordinate with project leaders on work plans and programs for improvements, land preparation, fertilizing, planting crops, cultivation, and harvesting.

Complete maintenance and operation of drip irrigation system.

Plans and supervises the planting, cultivating, harvesting and storing of field and garden crops on large farm.

Supervises all operations of the farm.

Makes reports on time, equipment, materials, and production maintains records; and prepares estimates of needs.

Directs the repair and maintenance of farm buildings and equipments.

Should be ready to join immediately.
