For a Coconut and other tree crops farm in Tirunelveli

? Farm Supervisor – 1 Vacancy

? Qualification: - Diploma in Agriculture from recognized Agricultural University or training Institute.

? Experience: 5 Years in a any agriculture operation in a company or a farm,

with complete knowledge of operation and maintenance of drip irrigation system and other farm automation tools.

? Candidates with clean habits only need apply. Consumption of Alcohol and smoking are not permitted in the farm.

? Candidates should stay inside the farm.

? Apply with details of two reference of people who can vouch for you.

? Candidates from Tamil Nadu are preferred.

? Responsibilities:

• Maintain attendance sheet of the farm employees and prepare salary sheet.

• Coordinate with project leaders on work plans and programs for improvements, land preparation, fertilizing, planting crops, cultivation, and harvesting.

• Complete maintenance and operation of drip irrigation system.

• Plans and supervises the planting, cultivating, harvesting and storing of field and garden crops on large farm.

• Supervises all operations of the farm.

• Makes reports on time, equipment, materials, and production maintains records; and prepares estimates of needs.

• Directs the repair and maintenance of farm buildings and equipment’s.
