Requirements-

Should Be Able To Do Moderate Physical Work Whenever Needed.

Should Be Ready To Fill In Position Of Other Colleagues When They Are Absent.

Should Be Ready To Come On Holidays In Case Of Emergencies.

Should Be Ready To Dirty Hands With Oil As Required.

Minimum Work Commitment (Moral In Nature) Of 2-3 Years Will Be Required. Fly By Night

Work Profile & Duties:

Basic Management Of Shop Floor Level Production.

Taking Production Plans As Given By Senior Supervisor/Other Higher Authority And Executing The Same

On Shop Floor Through Operator And Labour.

Maintenance Of All Stock On Shop Floor And Proper Labelling Of Incoming, Outgoing And WIP Stock.

Coordination With Stores, QC, Dispatch, Parallel Supervisors Of Other Units For Everyday Work.

Other Sundry Work In Normal Routine Of Supervisor, As Required.

He Should Be Having Basic Data Entry Skills.

He Will Be Taught About The Production And Machinery In The Company.

Entries Are To Be Done In ERP. (Training Will Be Given Regard To ERP)

The Production Process Would Be Taught As Per Daily Work In The Factory.

The Knowledge Regarding To The Product And Machine Function Will Be Given And According To This If

Any Problem Occurs In Production He Need To Identify And Solve Them.

In The Production Area He Should Have Physical Strength And Stamina To Stand , Walk And Lift In Some

Case On Daily Bases

He Should Be Specific About Making Reports Or Entries In ERP Of The Work Done At The Day End.

Sometimes Office Work Will Also Occur Including Coordination/Support With HR Department.

Additional Work In Other Departments Will Be Given With Salary Negotiations, If The Candidate Displays

Appropriate Capability.
