*A UK based Metal and Coating manufacturing company is looking for a FACTORY MANAGER for their DUBAI location*

*Responsibilities*:

Will be responsible to run and manage the factory independently which will manufacture and make different bespoke Metal parts

Should have experience of at least 10+ years in a similar capacity.

Knowledge of CNC machinery is essential

Should have experience in securing materials parts and services from sub-contractors that are cost-effective whilst meeting high-quality process and standards

Be aware of supply chain available to purchase goods and services to control the quality of parts produced

Knowledge of purchasing various raw materials and other items as required to run the factory

Able to manage the workforce and provide the right facilitation and guidance to the employees from time-to-time

Should be able to deal with local authorities as is required

Able to liaise and communicate and deal on daily basis with the factory`s UK customers and other officials

Must be able to communicate well in English as well as in a couple of Indian languages (as the majority of them are Indian workforce).

*Interview Process*:

Telephone interview via Zoom - to assess the suitability matching of the candidate and check upon the communication ability.

*Salary*: Based on experience and can be negotiable.
