The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple departments for maximum productivity. They’ll be highly skilled in Human Resources, Production, Stores, Quality, Technical & Maintenance. Additionally, they’ll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within their team. He should be well versed in maintenance of ISO & GMP standard of Food/Pharmaceutical related industry. Their ultimate responsibility is to increase our operational efficiency. Ideal Candidate should be Chemical/Mechanical Engineering Background in the age group between 35 – 40 years with 10 years plus experience, out of which minimum 3 years of Managerial Cadre in Medium scale manufacturing sector
