Job Description

• Ensure Production targets are met as per the Budget & efficiency targets.

• Oversee the development, implementation, review and maintenance of Quality and IMS Process

• Ensure all HSE policy & procedures are adhered

• Effective Inventory Management & Control

• Complete and maintain documentations as per OHSAS , ESI and EPF

• To ensure budgeted production plans are met and increase plant throughput by effective production planning, resource allocation and timely maintenance

• Monitor & control operational cost within budget by proactive/ preventive maintenance of plant machineries.

• Effective staff management by timely appraisal and imparting/ facilitating training to operations staffs

• Team training and development.

• Facility Management - Ensure proper upkeep of plant facility (Machinery/AC/Vehicle/ Accommodation) by following IMS procedure and other stipulated requirements as per rule of land (Trade License/ Fire & Safety/ Pest management.

• Responsible to implement and execute the health & safety norms & policy.
