3. Well versed experience in Fertilizer manufacturing company.

4. Good experience in SSP & NPK Production.

5. Good experience in Liaoning with government and local authority.

6. Reduction in downtime of machines output of enhancement.

7. Must have good experience in production planning.

8. Select and validate external contractors that manufacture performance fertilizer ingredients.

9. Lead and develop cost efficiency programs, quality standards, define new product development processes at early stages, manage new projects and mentor teams for high performance deliverable.

10. Good Communication Skill.
