We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager to oversee our food manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will ensure that production processes run smoothly, maintain high standards of food safety and quality, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibility:

• Operational Oversight:

o Manage day-to-day operation of the food factory, ensuring production targets are met

while adhering to safety and quality standards.

o Develop and implement efficient production schedules, processes, and workflows.

• Team Leadership:

o Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of supervisors and production staff, fostering

a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

o Conduct regular performance evaluation and identify training needs to enhance team

skills.

• Quality Control:

o Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (., HACCP, GMP) and internal quality

control standards.

o Oversee quality assurance processes, addressing any issues promptly and implementing

corrective actions.

• Cost Management:

o Monitor production costs and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste,

and optimize resource utilization.

o Prepare and manage the factory budget, ensuring alignment with financial targets.

• Continuous Improvement:

o Drive initiatives for process optimization, operational efficiency, and waste reduction in

line with lean manufacturing principles.

o Analyze production data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement. • Collaboration:

o Work closely with procurement, logistics, and product development teams to ensure

alignment on production needs and supply chain efficiency.

o Liaise with senior management to ensure factory goals align with overall business

objectives.

• Compliance and Documentation:

o Maintain thorough documentation of production processes, quality control measures,

and safety protocols.
