Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with Daily Operations: Help team members with various tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operation of the department or production line.

Material Handling: Transport and organize materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.

Equipment Assistance: Assist machine operators, technicians, or other workers in setting up, operating, or maintaining equipment.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of work areas, machinery, and tools, following safety guidelines to prevent accidents or contamination.

Packaging and Sorting: Assist in packaging finished goods or sorting materials for distribution.

Loading and Unloading: Help with loading/unloading materials or finished products to and from trucks or storage areas.

Support to Supervisors/Technicians: Follow instructions from supervisors or skilled technicians to carry out specialized tasks.

Safety Compliance: Follow all company safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Performing Miscellaneous Tasks: Assist with miscellaneous tasks that may arise, such as fetching materials, moving objects, or helping in the warehouse.

Qualifications:

No formal education required, though basic literacy and numeracy skills are preferred.

Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials (may include heavy lifting).

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Basic knowledge of safety procedures.
