Candidate profile:

Position : Factory Head ( position akin to CEO of the factory)

Role :

- Factory systems and processes, ISO compliances, QC, Productivity

- Inventory planning. Procurement, management and optimization

- Human resource management, upskilling and motivation

- Factory financial / licensing/ regulatory oversight

- Active participation in product development, R&D, business development along-with HO function heads

- Member of core team of the brand at HO

Profile:

- Not over 45 years of age

- Engineer in a branch related to consumer electronics, audio visual, mechanical fields.

- Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in above role/(s)

- Dynamic, communicative, progressive and self-motivated.

- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
