 Establish and review standards and work procedures for all Housekeeping staff in accordance with practices of the facility.

 Orientate, develop and supervise of all supervisory/housekeeping staff under span of control.

 Recruit, schedule and train all new housekeeping staff members.

 Responsible for all Facility Management related activities such as housekeeping and maintenance of all building and infra structure.

 Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment.

 To direct and control the housekeeping operations and staff of the housekeeping.

 Supervising and monitoring of building maintenance activities.

 Scheduling for day to day & special housekeeping operations in coordination with other staff`
