Establish and review standards and work procedures for all Housekeeping staff in accordance with practices of the facility.

Orientate, develop and supervise of all supervisory/housekeeping staff under span of control.

Recruit, schedule and train all new housekeeping staff members.

Responsible for all Facility Management related activities such as housekeeping and maintenance of all building and infra structure.

Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment.

To direct and control the housekeeping operations and staff of the housekeeping.

Supervising and monitoring of building maintenance activities.

Scheduling for day to day & special housekeeping operations in coordination with other staff`
