Job Description

- Assist the Facility Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating the overall maintenance and operation of the mall.

- Collaborate with maintenance, security, housekeeping, and other teams to ensure seamless daily operations.

- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of common areas, restrooms, and other facilities.

- Supervise and support the work of maintenance staff, security personnel, and other contracted services to maintain high standards of service.

- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities, ensuring timely response to facility-related issues and emergencies.

- Assist in developing and implementing facility management policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.

- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and reporting purposes.

- Assist in preparing and managing the facility budget, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

- Support the planning and execution of mall events, promotions, and activities.

- Assist in conducting regular inspections of the premises to identify and address maintenance needs and safety concerns.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback regarding facility-related matters.

- Assist in ensuring compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and building codes.

- Contribute to the development of contingency plans for emergency situations, such as power outages or natural disasters.

- Provide regular reports and updates to the Facility Manager on the status of facility operations and ongoing projects.
