Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Thoroughly maintained cleaning & pest control, Landscaping & Waste Management operation to the

required specification, as directed, using correct techniques, chemicals, and equipment.

 Ensure safety using correct warning signs, protective clothing, and safety equipment, and be

aware of hazards to other staff and people.

 Compliance with Health and Safety practices of the site.

 Ensure training in the use of methods, materials, and equipment, as instigated by the Operation

Manager

 Distribute materials from the store as required and inform the Operation Manager if supplies are

running low

 Maintain good working relationships with all staff & clients encourage and motivate staff to

achieve high standards of work

 Ensuring availability of material and PPE at site.

 Addressing various administrative and logistics issues.

 Ensure accommodation operation smoothly.

 Manage staff in accommodation.

 Managing the day-to-day requirements of the cleaning, pest control, and landscaping team.

 Ensure the resources and team members are efficiently utilized, and rotas are planned and

executed in line with the plans.

 Delegating project tasks to operations team members, and monitoring the completion of the

tasks from open to close.

 Assist with project mobilization and demobilizations under the guidance of the Operation

Manager.

 Ensuring that the teams have all the equipment and tools required to execute landscaping

works.

 Manage the team of site operations technicians.

 Ensure the performance of the team is managed in line with the role expectations.

 Maintain good relationships with the team and encourage proactiveness.

 Responsible for maintaining all weekly reporting requirements for Projects.

 Collation of all process trackers weekly with action plans to manager.

 Ensure all trackers of key processes are up to date and points are actioned on time.

 Ensure the team is on target to achieve the project KPIs.
