Administrator Facilities is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of buildings and facilities within an organization. They are in charge of ensuring that the physical space is well-maintained, safe, and functional for all occupants.

Key responsibilities include coordinating building maintenance and repairs, overseeing housekeeping services, planning and organizing events and activities, managing sports facilities and coordinating sports events, managing inventory and purchasing supplies, coordinating billing and invoicing, assisting with human resources tasks, and overseeing civil construction projects.
