Our Client provides specialist facade consulting services to Architects, Builders & Developers offering state of the art expertise on the design and implementation of the building envelope.

Location : - Navi Mumbai

Qualification :- BE/B TECH (Civil,Structural), M TECH (Civil, Structural).

Preference to candidates from IIT

Experience :- 5-10 Years

JD:-

1) Familiar with Facade codes and standards of ACI, AISC and ASCE or other international.

2) Codes and is generally current on latest scientific and engineering methods.

3) Expertise in Hand sketch Drawings.

4) Thorough knowledge and understanding of US Building and Material Codes.

5) Undertake detailed structural engineering design.

6) Plan and manage CAD documentation of facade design work.

7) Create 3D Facade structural analysis models using commercial software, required ETABS, SAFE, Auto CAD and RIVET, S KETCHUP.

8) Ensure service and Facade project work are carried out within agreed deadlines and within budget.

9) Act as Job Leader to deliver facade structural design, coordinating with other team members.

10) Prepare Facade Technical Specifications and Drawings.

11) Responsible for planning, organizing and managing personal workload in order to meet deadlines in line with commitments.

12) Candidate who have worked on overseas projects preferred.

13) Should be ready to relocate abroad.
