K9HR Solutions Looking for Fabrication Supervisor who Preform following requirement.

Supervise and lead a team of fabricators, welders, and other production staff.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.

Provide training and guidance to new and existing employees.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve team performance

Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.

Monitor the fabrication process to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production.

Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure the feasibility of fabrication plans.

Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, techniques, and equipment.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Proficiency in using fabrication tools and machinery.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
