Job Description:-

3-6 years experience in heavy fabrication shop.

Must have experience in production,planning & controlling (PPC), crane industry preferable

Must have good knowledge to work with SAP or ERP

Indepth knowledge of welding processes.( GMAW, FCAW, SAW, TIG)

Good knowledge and hands on experience cutting program (Plasma machine)

Good knowledge in reading of heavy fabrication & machining drawings.

Good knowledge about geometrical tolerance (Welding , Fabrication,& Machining).

Manpower handling at least team size of 20-30

Knowledge about material grade and plate thickness.

Must have good communication skill, soft skills, and leadership.

hands on experience for Lean & 5S system on shop floor.

NDT process knowledge is must.

Technical Qualification:-
